Heart of Volunteering

The Heart of Jubilee is always looking for dedicated helpers with a heart of volunteering. However,  a potential volunteer must be aware of the hard facts of commercially sexually exploited children.

• Human trafficking has become an international, organized business for profit.
• No matter how badly you might want to serve—or how strong your faith—not everyone is able to help us solve this very serious social problem.
• Victims of this kind of abuse have experienced “complex trauma.”
• The abusers do not want these girls to be rescued.

As part of a team of volunteers you would be helping on the various committees to meet the many needs of the girls while maintaining a safe haven. Some of these areas would include administrative, clerical, social activities, visual and performing arts, equestrian therapy, recreational activities, mentors, basic life skills such as cooking, gardening, sewing, self-care and more.
